Further it was hypothesized that there are gender differences in male and female bank employees in stress and time management. The sample was taken from Government sector bank branches using purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 100 subjects. The Professional Life Stress Scale by David Fontana (1989) was used to measure stress and to check time management a scale by Walt Schafer (1987) was used. To check the correlation of time management and stress among bank employees Pearson Coefficient correlation was calculated. To determine the significance of difference in time management and stress among male and female bank employees t-test were calculated. The findings of the research suggest that there is a significant negative correlation between stress and time management. Whereas, no significant differences between male and female bank employees on the variable of time management and stress were found.
