Time Management and Stress in Employees of Private Banks

Abstract

The present research was conducted to explore the Relationship between time management and stress in employees of private banks in Pakistan. It was aimed that thesis likely to be relationship between time management and stress in employees of private banks. The sample consisted of 100 employees that were taken from different private banks. Correlation research design was used. Non probability purposive sampling technique was used for sample selection. The tool that was used to estimate the time management of employees was time management questionnaire of Jibney (2006). Stress of employees was stress buster toolkit by Cartwright & Cooper (1994). The results indicated significant negative relationship between the time management and stress in employees of private banks.
